We are excited to introduce
this fantastic itinerary in Noto Peninsula. The trip starts from
Kanazawa, one of the few federal castle towns remaining in Japan.
The coastlines of the peninsula are easy grade and dotted with many
interesting cultural sights, including a kimono weaver, saltworks,
and lacquer-ware studios in Wajima. The extension to Gifu is more
mountainous in comparison, with interesting stopovers in the World
Heritage Shirakawago and Takayama, as known as Little Kyoto.

This cycling
route has many highlights not only cycling but also Japanese culture,
of course, delicious Japanese foods. Biking along beautiful coastlines,
visiting pottery workshop in Kyushu. Passing the undersea tunnel,
connecting Kyushu and Honshu, is a unique experience. Riding with
great ocean view is brilliant. Soaking in hot spring bath is amazing
as to recover exhausts and relax. We visit World heritage town Hagi
where is well preserved samurai town. Finally, we finish cycling
in another world heritage site, Miyajima island, Hiroshima.
Kyushu
is a wonderful touring ground for overseas visitors who would like
historic and cultural experience unique to Japan. We schedule visits
to the Aso Shrine, tea tree farms and a shochu brewery. Cycling
is fantastic, as we cycle in and over Mt Aso’s caldera, Amakusa
